Daily Fantasy: Baseball Line Up of the Day

I’m staying with a classic line up for tonight. I like a lot of the match-ups this week especially from a hitter standpoint.

Here is my line up for the day.

P: Chase Anderson, Brewers at Reds ($7,000): The righty is off to a decent start this season. He is 2-2 with a 2.86 ERA and 23 K’s. Anderson is averaging 14.4 points per start in Draft Kings and he’s got a terrific match up tonight against a home run or nothing line up in the Reds.

P: Michael Wacha, Cardinals vs. White Sox ($8,000): I don’t like Wacha’s 3.62 ERA but he is 4-1 and he has struck 23 batters in five starts. The White Sox offense has been awful outside of Kansas City so this is a good match up for Wacha.

C: Mike Zunino, Mariners vs. A’s ($3,300): I like the match up against Andrew Triggs tonight. Zunino has power despite the fact that he strikes out a lot.

1B: Joey Votto, Reds vs. Brewers ($4,600): Votto is starting to heat up and I have to balance things out against Chase Anderson. If Anderson struggles, I want to have Votto in my line up to get me some points back.

2B: Asdrubal Cabrera, Mets vs. Braves ($4,000): Until he cools off, I am all about Asdrubal. He’s been raking all April long and he’s got a good match up tonight against Mike Soroka. Look for Cabrera to keep hitting despite the calendar changing.

3B: Travis Shaw, Brewers at Reds ($4,000): Shaw has been a disappointment thus far but I like the match up against Homer Bailey. Bailey has been living up to his first name thus far in regards to the long ball. Shaw is a quality play tonight.

SS: Eduardo Escobar, Twins vs. Blue Jays ($3,700): Escobar is hitting over.300, has 4 home runs and 14 RBI. He is off to a terrific start and has a chance to keep it going tonight against Marco Estrada.

OF: Mike Trout, Angels vs. Orioles ($5,800): Trout vs. Alex Cobb. Enough said.

OF: Teoscar Hernandez, Blue Jays at Twins ($4,500): Hernandez is a bit pricy but he is currently averaging 11.7 points per game in standard Draft Kings scoring which makes a no brainer until he cools off.

OF: J.D Martinez, Red Sox vs. Royals ($4,800): The Red Sox have destroyed right handed pitching this season and Jakob Junis is the next righty in line to get raked.
