Bettors Edge: Bets of the Day for 6/25/23

It’s another baseball Sunday so here are my plays of the day.

Blue Jays -1.5 over the A’s: Yeah I know Oakland won on Friday night but the Jays bounced back with a 7-3 win yesterday. I like the pitching match up today for the Jays against Oakland starter Luis Medina who is 1-6 with a 7.01 ERA. The Jays have struggled to score runs but that won’t be a problem today.

Braves at Reds O/13 Runs: Charlie Morton is starting for the Braves today so there is some risk involved in taking the over here but I am banking on the Braves scoring plenty of runs in the Great American Smallpark today against Reds starter Levi Stoudt who has an ERA over 10. I hit the over the last two nights in this series so why not play it again.

Braves at Reds: Braves -215: As a safety net to my over 13 runs bet, I also took the Braves at -215. You can call it a security blanket of sorts for me in case Charlie Morton spoils my plans.

Bottom Feeders Parlay: I like this parlay which features the Angels, Padres, Rays and Blue Jays to win. I’m not a big parlay or prop bet guy usually but if you’re looking for a safe parlay play, this is a good one.
