Daily Fantasy: Baseball Line Up of the Day

Chase Anderson has a great match up tonight against a weak Marlins line up.

It’s a limited slate in Major League Baseball tonight but there were several games that intrigued me so I drafted a quick classic line up.

Here is how I spent my $50,000.

P: Chase Anderson, Brewers at Marlins ($9,500): Anderson dominated the Mets last week for six innings and he should be able to do the same tonight against the light hitting fish.

P: Eduardo Rodriguez, Red Sox at Angels ($7,300): David Price and Rick Porcello have dominated the Angels bats in the first two games of this series. I am banking on Easy Eduardo to do the same. He has pitched well thus far this season.

C: Francisco Cervelli, Pirates vs. Phillies ($3,300): Cervelli is off to a great start to this season and while he has cooled off of late, I still like him at home against Jake Arrieta.

1B: Luis Valbuena, Angels vs. Red Sox ($3,200): Cheap source of power despite the fact the Red Sox starting rotation has shut down the Angels line up.

2B: Asdrubal Cabrera, Mets at Braves ($4,000): Cabrera is averaging 9.8 points per game in DFS standard scoring. He is hitting the ball as well as he has in the last five years so why not play him in a match up against the Braves in Atlanta.

3B: Rafael Devers, Red Sox at Angels ($3,700): Devers bopped a grand slam last night. A match up against Nick Tropeano is enticing tonight.

SS: Dansby Swanson, Braves vs. Mets ($3,300): Swanson is off to a great start. He is a must play at home especially when facing a treat or treat starter like Matt Harvey.

OF: Mookie Betts, Red Sox at Angels ($5,400): I had extra money to spend so I splurged on Betts. He has crushed Angels pitching thus far in this series.

OF: JD Martinez, Red Sox at Angels ($4,500): Notice a trend? I like the Red Sox tonight. I should have just done a head to head match up.

OF: A.J Pollack, D-Backs vs. Giants ($4,700): Pollack has hit 3 home runs and has driven in 13 RBI to start the season. He’s only hitting .254 but he’s off to a good start and he faces soft throwing Ty Blach tonight.
